Details.
There are two kinds of calculation methods for the bottom plate mould of the plexiglass lamp box. These two algorithms are aimed at the bottom plate which is divided into several parts equally.
In the first case, the horizontal or vertical partitioning algorithm is as follows:
1. Reducing the size of the left edges on both sides of the bottom plate by the total length equals the total length of the remaining moulds to be made.
2. Dividing the total length of the remaining die by the number of equal parts equals the size of the bottom die.
3. Reducing the size of the left edges on both sides of the floor with the total width is equal to the size of the mould to be made on the floor.
4. Reduce the dimension calculated by 2 by 5 mm, which is the loss of the gap when the two boards are joined together (that is, the loss when the joints are not tight).
5. The length of the final total size is found on both sides of the bottom plate after being joined together by a number of moulded plexiglass boards.
In the second case, when the horizontal and vertical parts of the die are all divided into several blocks, the algorithm is as follows:
1. Reducing the size of the left edges on both sides of the bottom plate by the total length equals the total length of the remaining moulds to be made.
2. Dividing the total length of the remaining die by the number of equal parts equals the size of the bottom die.
3. Reducing the size of the left edges on both sides of the bottom plate by the total width equals the total width of the remaining die to be made.
4. Dividing the total width of the remaining die by the number of equal parts equals the size of the bottom die.
5. Reduce the dimensions of 2 and 4 by 5 mm, respectively. It is the loss of the gap when two boards are joined together (that is, the loss when the joints are not tight).
6. The length of the final total size is found on both sides of the bottom plate after being joined together by a number of moulded plexiglass boards.
