Printing ink should be high gloss, friction-resistant plexiglass ink, especially when surface printing can not use matte ink, because this ink is not friction-resistant, color is not brilliant. For outdoor light boxes and signs, imported ink with good sun resistance should also be used to resist strong light exposure and prolong its service life.
2. Photolithographic film can not be replaced by laser printing or sulfuric acid paper. We must output positive or negative film from professional manufacturer. Every time we output, we should output a blank film with a positioning cross line. When printing plate, first fix the blank cross-line film on the glass plate with transparent tape, and other color film should be based on it, so that the position of screen plate can be kept consistent.
3. Imported photosensitive glue with high resolution and imported screen with high tension and low elongation must be selected for fine screen making. For example, the SBQ single-liquid photosensitive adhesive and NBC screen produced by Murakami Company in Japan are more expensive than those produced in China, but the screen plate produced is clear and the edges of pictures and texts are neat. At the same time, it also ensures the accuracy of multi-color overprinting or four-color screen printing. If the text is too small and the line is very fine, 350 mesh screen can be used. At the same time, it should be equipped with imported ink or light curing ink with fine grinding.
4. Screen printing color matching is usually based on the experience of printers. Because the number of screen meshes used in each batch is different, the thickness of photosensitive film is different, which often results in the color bias of the printed products. "Ink color in the barrel is not accurate, the real face after scraping" explains this truth. Therefore, each batch of work must be done with the sun-cured screen printing out samples, customers confirm that the original color is the same before entering the formal printing.

6. Transparent boards should be used for double-sided organic boards. Reverse printing method should be adopted. After the printing of pictures and texts is finished, a layer of background color should be printed. Silk screen must be used for bonding between the two poles. In general, 80-100 mesh nylon screen is used to make screen plate with water-based photosensitive adhesive. It can be printed on one side or on both sides. When the color of the screen becomes translucent (about 20-30 minutes), the two sides are joined together. The bonding line is not affected by mechanical polishing.

In order to ensure the accuracy of multicolor overprinting, the dimensions of other editions can be scaled appropriately (the scaling size should not exceed 0.1-0.2 mm) on the premise of keeping the size of the text plate unchanged. When printing, the deep plate is pressed shallowly and the graphic plate is compressed, so that the overprint can be accurate when the cutting of the organic plate is not correct or when the manual plate is not well connected with the positioning block.

8. There are a lot of static electricity and dust on the surface of the organic chip. If the dust sticks to the screen, it will cause the incomplete text and color blocks and waste products. Therefore, printing must be carried out in a clean and dustless room. Surface dust can be removed in two steps. First, wet cotton cloth is used to wipe off the surface dust, and then electrostatic dust removal brush or dust removal roller brush is used to remove the residual dust. When printing, check the edge printing, if problems are found, clean the screen in time, and then print.
9. The products (cosmetics, jewelry, watches) advertisement racks in large and medium-sized shopping malls in China pursue matte effect in order to foil bright and colorful goods. The plexiglass plate manufacturer does not have this plate, can choose flat plate or transparent plate with sand surface treatment ink direct printing, after the ink drying, can present sand matte effect.
10. The size of the organic board should be the same. The adjacent sides should be 90 degrees angular and uniform in thickness. According to the size of the printing screen, appropriate margin is set aside, and after printing, the redundant margin is cut. When multicolor overprinting or four-color printing, magnetic white or transparent organic board should be selected. Magnetic whiteboard is used for front printing and transparent board for back printing.
