Maintenance of Acrylic Products

Temperature: When heated above 100 degrees, it will soften. It should be avoided to use above 100 degrees.

Crack: The surface hardness of acrylic is equivalent to that of aluminium, and the surface protection should be paid attention to when taking and releasing. In case of damage, the surface can be easily restored by polishing with an abrasive used for yellow aluminium.

Trial: In order to keep the product crystal clear, the soap water with 1% concentration should be cleaned with soft cloth when wiping.

Thermal Expansion: The thermal expansion coefficient of acrylic force is relatively large. When setting or fixing, the temperature change should be considered to leave room for expansion.
